Islay
Islay (pronounced 'Eye-lah') is a small island off Scotland's west coast, famous for intensely peated whiskies. With just 12 distilleries, it produces some of the most sought-after and valuable single malts in the world.
Islay whiskies are experiencing tremendous growth due to the global peated whisky trend. Limited editions from Ardbeg and Laphroaig sell at auction for multiples of retail price.

Highlands
Highlands is Scotland's largest whisky region, covering vast territory from the northern coast to the central area. Thanks to geographic diversity, it offers a wide range of styles – from light and floral to robust and peated.
